Shashi Ishai started out as a stand-up comedienne in her one-woman performance piece - CONFESSIONS OF AN EX-PURIM QUEEN. Humorist/cartoonist from Teaneck, N.J., USA. She is currently working on a collection of humorous essays from the pov of a Biblical era advice columnist, ASK AVIGAIL. She came to live in Israel in 2009 and resides in Netanya with her husband, daughter, son, and wire-haired terrorist, Stanley.
