Roxi Mundel was an artist and art teacher whose work was filled with joy. She spent many years teaching at the American school, and volunteering in the ESRA Golden Age Club in Herzliya. Although she will be sorely missed by her friends and family, her works live on for posterity.

A stoic supporter of Israel despite many differences with various Israeli leaders , she abhorred anti-Semitism. She will be remembered as the longest continuous serving head of the British Government of the 20th century.
