FROM THE EDITOR

Cancer, prevalent and pernicious, affects so many families. “My Mother said at worst you’ll lose a breast” is an inspiring story of a line of amazing women fighting and surviving the disease with tremendous spirit. The cost of fighting it and struggling to lead a normal life are prohibitive for women without money - a fund IBCERF has been set up to help by an architect who too is afflicted. Qiqong is a martial art with gentle and pleasant movements that improve health and increase energy.
