ESRAVISION

ESRAVISION is a highly innovative, popular, and informative Community Television program in English shown regularly throughout Israel. It exposes English speakers, both in Israel and abroad, to programs on community services, people of interest, ESRA news, events and current affairs. By so doing, it helps the locals become more active in the civic, social, and cultural life of Israel. These programs, although aimed at the English speaking population, also attract immigrants from non-English speaking countries such as the Former Soviet Union, Ethiopia, and India, as well as veteran Hebrew-speaking Israelis and viewers from all over the world who are interested in learning about life in Israel.

ESRAVISION is manned by volunteers who are trained to do produce films for Community TV with the guidance of a professional film-maker. Its programs are broadcast throughout Israel by the cable and satellite TV providers HOT & YES, and throughout the Middle East via METV. Selected items are uploaded to Youtube, and thus gain a worldwide audience.
